How to Start a Business in a Day with AI and a Few Smart Tools

Starting a business today doesn’t have to take months of planning, sweat, and endless research. I’m about to show you the shortcut I use every time I’m setting up a new venture. Whether you're launching a side hustle or your next million-dollar idea, this method is designed to get you started in a single day using just a few AI-powered tools. I did a lot of tool research to get a simple workflow, but I will share it with you, and you can just steal my homework.

Here’s the two-step formula that every entrepreneur does first:

1. Pick a Name and Buy a Domain

2. Create a Brand and Build a Landing Page

Let me walk you through how I do this in a few clicks. I will be working on my new side project, where we want to grow Black Soldier Fly for protein production from urban waste.

1. Pick a Name and Buy a Domain

The name is the first piece of the puzzle, and you can easily overthink it. That’s where Namelix comes in. I used keywords like protein, biotechnology, black soldier fly, ecology, biology and recycle, to give guidance for name search.

Namelix is an AI-based business name generator that takes keywords related to your business and spits out a list of catchy, brandable names.
How to Use Namelix:

• Head to Namelix.com.

• Enter a few keywords about what your business does or the vibe you're aiming for.

• Select name styles (short names, brandable names, etc.) and let the AI work its magic.

• It will generate a list of potential names, complete with basic logo ideas if you need them. Note that you can also edit the font, background color, add icons, etc.

• Once you find a name you like, copy/download it.

Now, onto the domain. You can’t have a name without an online home for it. So go to GoDaddy and grab the domain.

How to Use GoDaddy to Buy Your Domain:

• Go to GoDaddy.com.

• Paste the name you picked from Namelix into the search bar to see if the domain is available.

• If your exact match is taken, GoDaddy will show you similar variations or suggestions.

• Once you find the one that works, just follow the prompts to purchase it. Done.

In my case, biotfy.eu was available and I bought it for 4 Eur (first year, then 10 Eur).

Name? Check. Domain? Check. Now, let’s build out your brand.

2. Create a Brand and Build a Landing Page

The next thing you need is to bring that name to life with a logo and a killer landing page. This is where Design.com and Canva Magic Studio come in.

How to Use Design.com for Logos:

• Visit Design.com.

• Enter your business name and the industry or theme of your business.

• Choose your color palette and design style (modern, playful, minimalist, etc.).

• It will generate multiple logo options for you to pick from.

• Once you’re happy, download your logo in high-res.

Now you’ve got your logo, it’s time to build a simple landing page. Enter Canva Magic Studio.

Canva Magic Studio is an AI-powered suite that takes your content and creates professional designs. But the magic happens when you use it to whip up a landing page fast.

How to Use Canva Magic Studio for a Landing Page:

• Go to Canva.com and search for "Magic Studio."

• Select the "Landing Page" template, and input your logo and brand colors.

• Add your business name and a short description of what you do.

• Use Canva’s AI tools to auto-generate text, or tweak it yourself.

• You can even add images and videos using Canva’s library to make it pop.

• Publish it directly from Canva to your new domain in just a few clicks.

That’s It. You’re Live.

Using these tools, you can go from idea to fully branded business with a domain and live landing page in one day. It doesn’t get easier than this. Check out our test landing page on biotfy.eu (I hope it gets propagated till you check it out).

You do not want anyone to know you use AI tools for writing. Is there a way to hide it, or maybe not? 

Almost every day, we hear conversations about whether AI will replace humans in some jobs. Well, AI is here to stay, but we are pretty sure that it will not replace humans, but it can help. More and more people are using AI to help them write, from articles to blogs to even long papers, but what if you want to check if your coworkers are using AI to get the job done? Well, you can check it quite easily. Head out to  Undetectable AI. It is yet another cool AI tool designed to help users find out if someone is using AI and bypass it by humanizing text. It works by rewriting AI-generated text to make it appear more human-like. 

Undetectable AI is quite straightforward and easy to use. One of the top features it offers is quite effective rewriting. You put your AI-generated text and let Undetectable AI do its magic. The cool thing is that you can also adjust the settings like readability level, tone, and style of writing to get the best text to fit your needs. We tried it out. And it is quite a cool tool. We headed to ChatGPT and gave it an easy prompt to write an article. We pasted text, and soon enough, it gave us results. It detected it with no problems. It gave us the result that it is 100% AI-made. 

We also wanted to try out the humanizing aspects of the text. And it did the job quite successfully. We tried the output on some other AI detectors, and it got detected. We do not know if the full paid version has better results, but…  There are many different paid plans to choose from, so if you need to use it throughout the year, it is a good deal. 

Verdict: 

We love how easy to use this tool is. We liked the style of rewriting, but it didn’t pass the other AI detectors when we tried it out with the results we got. Maybe the paid version is better after all. Overall, it is a cool tool to have in your hands. It does save a lot of time, and potentially money. But still, as we like to point out, there is always a need for human touch. Overall, we give it 3 out of 5 on our LMAI scale. There are some things that can be better. Also, remember to use it wisely. Using Undetectable AI to rewrite existing content can lead to plagiarism issues if the original source is not properly noted.
