You build a tiny piece of JavaScript that anyone can paste on their website — one line — and boom, it gives them superpowers. And they are willing to pay for this service!

I would like to call it a “one-line-of-code business.”

Think of it like SaaS meets a magic trick. You do the work once, then thousands of people copy-paste your snippet onto their sites.
You control the backend, you handle the logic, and you get paid every time it’s used.

No customer service. No design revisions. No late-night client calls.

Just passive money flowing through the internet pipes.

As the snippet owner, I take a small cut—around 10%—or charge a flat fee per lead to the client.

Meet Surfer H: The AI That Actually Does Stuff 🧞

It’s from a startup called H Company — the artist formerly known as Holistic AI, founded by ex-DeepMind folks who raised a casual $220 million to build “agentic” AIs. I stumbled on them while browsing AI forums and couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Their flagship product is Surfer H, a web-native agent that doesn’t wait for APIs or fancy integrations. It literally uses the internet like a human — opens websites, clicks buttons, fills out forms, compares results, and reports back.

What makes Surfer H special

Instead of parsing website code, it sees the screen like you do. It figures out what to click, checks if it succeeded, and even retries when things go sideways.

They’ve trained it on a massive dataset called WebClick using their in-house model Holo-1, which already scores 92% accuracy on real-world web tasks — for just a few cents per run.

It’s part of a family of agents:

For our experiment, we entered this prompt:

The results were… spectacular.

Model A wrote an overly serious essay about fair trade and carbon footprints.
Model B delivered a full-on soap opera:

“You call that sustainable? You steamed your milk with tears of corporate guilt!”

We had to give the win to Model B — purely for creativity and caffeine-fueled passion.
When we checked later, the anonymous reveal showed it was Claude vs GPT-4, and yes — GPT took the crown this time.

Next, we tried a factual prompt:

“Explain quantum entanglement in one sentence.”

This time Claude nailed it — clear, concise, and poetic.

Result: each model shines in different moods — GPT is witty and expressive, Claude is elegant and grounded.

Final Thoughts
